Special Cereal Bread image

An easy, yet healthy, delicious bread for bread machines. I just put it together one day and loved it!

1 ½ cups high protein crisp rice and wheat cereal
1 ¼ cups warm water (110 degrees F)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 cups bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select normal cycle; press Start.
