SPARKLING VIRGIN COSMO
Such a pretty drink to have in your hand for holidays or for get togethers. Serve in a pretty glass or a small cocktail glass. I enjoy these in a larger glass on the rocks in the summer.

Steps:
- 1. Pour ice into a shaker or tall glass.
- 2. Add cranberry juice, fresh lime juice and club soda. Shake to combine.
- 3. Run a lime wedge over the outside rim of a chilled martini glass. Pour sugar onto a small plate or flat surface.
- 4. Dip the rim of the glass into sugar until covered with a thin border.
- 5. Strain carefully into a chilled martini glass. Add a splash of OJ Garnish with lime or orange peel.
