This recipe was a bit too simple for my taste. I think next time I'll try adding some herbs or spices to the goat cheese before grilling it.

Grilling the goat cheese was fine, but I didn't like the lettuce it was on. Something like spinach might be better.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I'm not a very experienced cook and I found the instructions a bit confusing. The goat cheese was also a bit too strong for my taste.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. The goat cheese was good, but it needed something more to make it really special. I think next time I'll try adding some herbs or spices to the goat cheese before grilling it.

I love the combination of flavors in this dish. The tangy goat cheese, the sweetness of the balsamic reduction, and the crunch of the walnuts all come together perfectly. It's a great appetizer or light lunch.
