My Mom knew a Spanish nurse and this is the recipe she gave her. I liked it a lot. It has white wine and green olives in it.

These meatballs were a little dry. I think I would add more liquid next time, maybe some tomato sauce or broth.

I accidentally used black olives instead of green olives and they were still delicious.

I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and they were still very good. I think this recipe would work well with any type of ground meat.

I'm not a big fan of green olives, so I left them out of the meatballs. They were still very good, but I think they would have been even better with the olives.

I had some leftover meatballs, so I made a meatball sub the next day. It was delicious! The meatballs were still flavorful and juicy, and the bread was nice and crusty.

These meatballs were a little too salty for my taste. I think I would use less salt next time.

I wasn't sure how the green olives would taste in the meatballs, but I was pleasantly surprised! They added a nice briny flavor that really complemented the meat. I will definitely be making these meatballs again.
