Spanakopita Spring Rolls image

I was inspired to turn original spanakopita into a hand-held hors d'oeuvre. I use egg roll wrappers in place of phyllo dough, and now these are the biggest hit among my friends. -Jade Randall, Las Vegas, Nevada

I'm not a big fan of spanakopita, but these spring rolls were surprisingly good. I would definitely make them again.

These spring rolls were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't anything special either.

I tried making these spring rolls, but they didn't turn out well. The filo dough was too fragile and kept tearing.

These spanakopita spring rolls were a disappointment. The filo dough was too thick and the filling was bland.

I followed the recipe exactly and the spring rolls turned out great. They were a little time-consuming to make, but they were worth it.
