Spaghetti with Chicken Pine Nut Meatballs image

These meatballs are cooked in a thin tomato sauce that is soaked up by the spaghetti so the meatballs remain the star of the meal. Feel free to add any sauteed or roasted veggies that you would normally add to your spaghetti sauce if you wish.

I'm not a fan of pine nuts, so I omitted them from the recipe. The meatballs were still delicious and the sauce was flavorful.

This was an easy and delicious dish to make. I made it with ground turkey instead of chicken, and it turned out great.

I found this dish to be a bit bland. It needed more seasoning, both in the meatballs and the sauce.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The meatballs were good, but the sauce was a bit too heavy.
