1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups thin spaghetti, broken in half and cooked, drained
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup golden raisin (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Cream cheese and butter, mixing until well blended.
  • Blend in eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  • Add cooked spaghetti and raisins. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
