Spaghetti Amore image

Simple, kid-friendly recipe, that is adult-friendly, too. Serve with a salad and warm garlic bread for a complete meal.

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked and drained

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper, drain. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can tomato soup. Add water and garlic, stir and heat thoroughly. Blend in 1/2 cup cheddar and spaghetti and put in casserole. Top with 1 cup of chees. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
