Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce image

1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon peeled and finely minced fresh ginger
1 scallion, thinly sliced, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger. Garnish with the scallion and serve.
