- 1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. 2. Add cayenne, carrots, onion, and pepper - cook 6 min 3. Meanwhile, brown hamburger. 4. Add to vegetable mixture and cook 2 min 5. Add tomato paste and cook 2 min 6. Add beans, chili powder, water,salt, and pepper 7. Simmer over medium heat until warmed through 8. Stir in corn and cook for 2 min
