1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin

This recipe was a disaster! The brisket was dry and the sauce was bland. I will not be making this again.

The brisket was a bit tough, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try cooking it for a longer amount of time next time.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I'll try using less chipotle pepper next time.

Wow! This beef brisket recipe was a hit at our last family gathering. The meat was so tender and juicy, and the flavors were amazing. The chipotle peppers and chili powder gave it just the right amount of spice. I'll definitely be making this again!
