A clever cross between wontons and tacos, these triangles are fun to serve, especially at the holidays. My mom created the recipe years ago, much to the delight of my family. Since I began making them, my husband insists we have them on Sundays during football season, as well as for special occasions. -Sheila Pope, Preston, Idaho

The triangles were a little too spicy for my taste. Next time I'll use a mild salsa.

The triangles fell apart when I tried to flip them. I think I needed to cook them for a little longer.

These were a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra chili powder and cumin to give them more flavor.

I'm not a fan of cilantro, so I omitted it from the recipe. The triangles were still delicious!
