I'm on a low-carb diet, so I used cauliflower rice instead of regular rice for the stuffing. It was just as good, if not better! The cauliflower rice gave it a nice, nutty flavor.

These were a bit too spicy for my taste, even though I used mild salsa. Next time I'll try using a different type of salsa or maybe adding some sour cream to the stuffing to mellow out the heat.

I added some extra spices to the stuffing, like chili powder and cumin, and it really kicked up the flavor! I also used a different type of cheese, a pepper jack, and it was a great addition to the dish.

I thought these were just OK. The peppers were a bit overcooked and the stuffing was a little bland. I probably won't make these again.

These were a big hit at my party! I made a double batch and they were all gone by the end of the night. The peppers were perfectly cooked and the stuffing was flavorful and moist. I will definitely be making these again.

Not a fan. The peppers were bland and the stuffing was too dry. I think I'll stick to my usual stuffed pepper recipe.

These were easy to make and turned out great! I used brown rice instead of white rice and it was a healthier and more flavorful option. I also added some black beans to the stuffing for extra protein. Yum!

I love trying new recipes, and this one did not disappoint! The peppers were perfectly cooked and the stuffing was delicious. I especially liked the combination of flavors from the ground beef, salsa, and cheese. I'll definitely be making this again.

Meh. I've had better stuffed peppers. The stuffing was a bit dry and the peppers were overcooked. I probably won't make these again.

I accidentally forgot to add the corn to the stuffing, but it was still really good! I'm sure it would have been even better with the corn, but I'll definitely be making these again, even without it.

I added some extra veggies to the stuffing, like zucchini and corn, and it was delicious! I also used a different type of cheese, a sharp cheddar, and it was a great addition to the dish.

Wow! I'm so glad I tried this recipe. The peppers were so flavorful and the stuffing was the perfect combination of spice and sweetness. I'll definitely be making these again and again.

These were OK. I thought the flavors were a bit bland and I didn't love the texture of the peppers. I also found the recipe to be a bit time-consuming.

I made these last night and we loved them! The peppers were nice and tender, and the stuffing was flavorful and moist. I will definitely make these again.
