Southwest Pizza Bagels image

I got this recipe from an issue of Vegetarian Times. It's a yummy lunch treat or snack that's made faster when broiled in a toaster oven. I think it gets enough kick with mild salsa but use whatever you prefer. Kid-friendly yet healthy.

These are the best pizza bagels I've ever had! The crust is crispy and the toppings are flavorful.

These are so good! I've made them several times and they're always a hit. I like to add a little bit of chopped green pepper and onion to the topping.

These are so good! I've made them several times and they're always a hit. The first time I made them I used whole wheat bagels and they were still really good. I also like to add a little bit of chopped green pepper and onion to the topping. Thanks f
