Southwest lasagna image

I cooked up this little recipe one night when I wanted to make lasagna but realized I had everything but the pasta sauce. In a moment of inspiration I grabbed the taco seasoning and went about making my southwest lasagna. It was a big hit with my family and it is staying on the menu! I hope you enjoy it as well

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my lasagna turned out dry and bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

This lasagna was a bit too time-consuming for me. I had to spend a lot of time chopping and dicing the vegetables. I think I would prefer a simpler lasagna recipe next time.

I'm not a fan of Mexican food, but I thought I would give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The lasagna was very flavorful and the cheese was melted and gooey. I will definitely be making this again.

This lasagna was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I will use a milder enchilada sauce.

This lasagna was easy to make and turned out great! I used a store-bought enchilada sauce and it was still very flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.

I made this lasagna last night and it was delicious! The only thing I changed was that I used ground turkey instead of beef. It was still very flavorful and my family loved it.
