I'm not sure about the chipotle mayo, but I'm willing to give these burgers a try.

I've never made burgers before, but these were surprisingly easy to make. They turned out great and my family loved them.

These burgers were a huge disappointment. The chipotle mayo was too spicy and the burgers were undercooked. I won't be making these again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my burgers turned out dry and bland. I think I might have overcooked them.

The burgers were good, but I think I would have liked them better if I had used a different type of bun. The potato buns were a bit too soft for my taste.

I'm not a big fan of chipotle, but I still really enjoyed these burgers. The southwest spices were perfectly balanced and the burgers were cooked to perfection.
