My family loves to order those gigantic takeout Tex-Mex burritos, but they can be expensive and we always have leftovers. I created a lighter, no-guilt alternative with the flavors they love, and that skips the tortilla. -Marquisha Turner, Aurora, Colorado

This recipe was a disaster. The chicken was dry and the sauce was too sweet.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices and it was much better.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I'll definitely be making it again, but I'll use less chili powder next time.
