An old family favorite from our time in the south. Even my husband, who is picky about his greens, enjoyed this recipe!

These collard greens were a lot of work, and I was disappointed with the results. They were tough and bland.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my collard greens turned out too salty. I think I'll use less salt next time.

I've made collard greens many times before, but this recipe is by far the best. The addition of smoked turkey really gives the dish a depth of flavor that I've never experienced before. I will definitely be using this recipe from now on.
