This recipe is a true Southern classic. The pork is cooked low and slow until it's fall-apart tender and the sauce is simply divine. I love serving this at family gatherings. It's always a hit!

I used lean pork tenderloin instead of pork shoulder to make this recipe a bit healthier. The pork was still very tender and flavorful. I also used a low-sodium barbecue sauce to keep the dish heart-healthy.

I love spicy food, so I added a few extra cayenne peppers to the sauce. It gave the pork a nice kick without being overpowering. This recipe is a great starting point for anyone who wants to experiment with different flavors.

Growing up in the South, I've had my fair share of pulled pork sandwiches. This recipe is as authentic as it gets. The pork was perfectly seasoned and the sauce had just the right amount of heat.

I smoked the pork shoulder for 12 hours using hickory wood chips. The meat was so tender and smoky, it melted in my mouth. This recipe is a must-try for any barbecue enthusiast.
