- preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in bowl.
- Beat together egg, sugar, butter, and mashed bananas in another bowl.
- Add to dry ingredients, and stir until just moistened.
- Fill greased muffin cups three quarters full.
