This recipes comes from Southern Living's Five Star Recipe Collection Cookbook. This is a good warm dip that is made in the microwave. I guarantee you won't have any leftovers!

Steps:
- 1. Place cream cheese in a 1-quart casserole. Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until softened. Stir well.
- 2. Stir in crabmeat, green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, and seasonings. Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and microwave at HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 1 minute.
- 3. Stir in pimiento and wine. Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives right before serving to avoid discoloring the dip. Serve warm dip with assorted crackers. Makes 3 1/2-cups.
