South West Stuffed Red Bell Peppers image

My family and I are not bell pepper eaters, but I always tell my daughters to try things you don't like cooked/prepared differently you may be suprised, and we were all suprised when I took a southwest twisted to stuffed peppers. This has become a family favorite. I used a taco flavored rice pack instead of white rice and it...

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my peppers didn't turn out well. The filling was too runny, and the peppers were undercooked.

These peppers were a total disaster! The filling was dry and tasteless, and the peppers were mushy.

I thought these peppers were just okay. The filling was a little bland, and the peppers weren't very flavorful.

These peppers were a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I'll probably make them again, but I'll use less chili powder next time.

I love that this recipe uses ground turkey instead of beef. It's a healthier option, and it's still very flavorful.
