-1 Fresh Mango
-1/2 Fresh avocado
-cucumber
-starfruit
-nuts
Dressing (whole batch):
-1 tsp lime peel
-1/4 c lime juice
-3tblsp sugar
-1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
-1/4 tsp dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Slice fruits and vegetables. Mix dressing and drizzle over. Mmm!
