I had a hard time finding chorizo at my local grocery store, so I used ground beef instead. It turned out great! The beef added a nice savory flavor to the dish.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use less chili powder and salsa. Otherwise, it was a great recipe.

I've made this recipe several times and it never disappoints. It's a great dish to bring to potlucks or parties because it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually add some extra jalapeƱos for a bit more heat.
