Sour Cream Softies image

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Measure flour, salt, baking powder and soda into a bowl
  • Cream butter with sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternately add flour mixture with sour cream and blend well.
  • Drop tablespoons 4 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Spread into 2 inch rounds. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar.
  • Bake in 400 degree oven 12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
