Steps:
- Measure flour, salt, baking powder and soda into a bowl
- Cream butter with sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternately add flour mixture with sour cream and blend well.
- Drop tablespoons 4 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Spread into 2 inch rounds. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake in 400 degree oven 12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
