Steps:
- Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and soda, and pour melted shortening over the top; mix. Pat 2/3 of the mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 min; cool. Mix egg yolks, sugar, corn starch, sour cream, and raisins and cook until thick; reduce heat and cook 5-10 min stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Pour onto baked crust. Add reserved crumbs and bake at 350 for 20 min.
