uses bisquick recipe #16813 if you dont have real thing if you have any of that rotessoire chicken left over this might work for you

1 roasting chicken, cooked and boned
1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shreddded
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • mix bisquick with water.
  • spread dough.
  • in greased 9x13 pan so edges are 1/2 up sides.
  • combine rest of ingredients.
  • pour into shell.
  • bake in 400 degree oven until edges are golden and knife comes out clean about 25 minutes
  • dont let it get dry.
