SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD
we have banana trees in our yard, so i make this bread pretty often.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter loaf pan, set aside. Cream butter and sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.
- 2. Add eggs to butter/sugar mixture and beat to mix well.
- 3. In med bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to the butter mixture, and mix till just combined.
- 4. Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Mix to combine. Stir in nuts. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan.
- 5. Bake about an hour and 10 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let rest in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool.
