Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350*. 1. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In large bowl combine flour, sugar and butter. Blend until crumbly, stir in nuts. Press 2 3/4 cups of crumb mixture into 9x13 pan (jelly roll pan works great also) grease very lightly
- 2. 2. To remaining mixture add cinnamon, soda,salt, sour cream, vanilla and egg. Blend well. Stir in apples and spoon evenly over crumb base.
- 3. 3. Bake at 350* for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares. will make your tummy feel good. lol xoxo
