3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons dry sherry
3 tablespoons light brown sugar or 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar

I'm not a big fan of ginger, but I really enjoyed these ribs. The pineapple and ginger flavors were perfectly balanced.
