Sorrel Green-Goddess Dressing image

While green goddess is traditionally made with chervil, chives, or tarragon, sorrel is an excellent stand-in. The verdant herb adds a distinctive tart, tangy flavor to the creamy dressing. Serve alongside Whole Coal-Roasted Vegetables or Grilled Whole Fish with Lemon and Thyme.

I'm allergic to avocado. Do you have any suggestions for a substitute?

This recipe looks delicious, but I don't have any sorrel. Can I substitute another herb?

I followed the recipe exactly and the dressing turned out really runny. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This dressing is a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I'll try using less sorrel next time.

I'm not a huge fan of sorrel, but this dressing was still really good. The other ingredients really balanced out the flavor of the sorrel.
