Sorbet Cream Puffs image

Simple, super-quick and pretty as a picture, this dainty, refreshing treat from our Test Kitchen will melt any resistance to dessert! Best of all, it couldn't be easier to make. Garnish with fresh blackberries, blueberries and raspberries-or frozen. Vary the sorbet according to your preference. -Taste of Home Test Kitchen

1 cup mixed fresh berries
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups peach sorbet
4 cream puff shells
Whipped cream

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine berries and sugar. Place a scoop of sorbet in each cream puff shell; dollop with whipped cream. Replace tops. Serve immediately with berry mixture.
