This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The amandine sauce was very heavy and the sole was a bit too oily.

This dish was a disaster! The sole was completely raw and the amandine sauce was burnt. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'm never making this recipe again.

This dish was a bit disappointing. The sole was overcooked and the amandine sauce was too salty. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I found this dish to be a bit bland. The sole was cooked well, but the amandine sauce lacked flavor. I think I would add some more herbs and spices next time.

This is my new favorite fish recipe. The sole is so delicate and flaky, and the amandine sauce is the perfect complement. I love that it's a relatively quick and easy dish to make, too.
