This is a recipe I got from an old Estonian women who had lived in Sweden. It's really good and rich. I like serving it with Fruit butter between the layers and on top. Dusted with powdered sugar.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350*. Beat well the eggs, sugar and grated lemon or orange peel together until thick.
- 2. Add a little of the sifted flour and salt; beat well. Add in the milk and melted butter together and add slowly to the egg mixture alternating with the sifted flour.
- 3. Pour into two buttered cake pan that has parchment paper on the bottom and sides. Butter the parchment paper and flour it all. Shake out excess flour. Bake at 350* for about 45 mintues. Check for cake doneness. Serve plain, or with whipped cream or with fresh berries.
