This dip is a great way to use up leftover tomatoes and onions. It's also a healthy and refreshing snack or appetizer.

I was really looking forward to trying this dip, but I was disappointed. The tomatoes were not ripe and the cilantro was wilted. The dip also ended up being really watery.

This dip was good, but I found it to be a bit bland. I think it could have used more spices or herbs.

This dip was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I think I'll try making it again with milder peppers next time.
