I've made this snow salad several times and it's always a hit! My kids love it and it's a great way to get them to eat their fruit. I usually add a bit of honey to the dressing to make it a little sweeter.

This snow salad was a big disappointment. The watermelon was bland and the lime dressing was too sour. I ended up throwing most of it away.
