Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 325*f
- 2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (except the powdered sugar)mix well on low speed for 2 to 3 minutes scraping the sides of the bowl several times.
- 3. I spoon enough dough into my (clean) hands and roll into small balls.
- 4. Place one inch apart on a non greased cookie sheet and bake for 18 to 25 minutes or a light golden brown on the bottom of cookie. These cookies break easy when hot so you have to be careful when checking.
- 5. cool on a wire rack when cool roll in powdered sugar and then roll one more time after cookies are really cooled off. ENJOY
