Sneaky Shamrock Shake image

A semi-healthy version of the McDonald's® shamrock shake that we all love. Spinach replaces green dye. Great minty taste! Amount for ice cream and milk are estimates. I usually eyeball the whole thing. Add enough to make a thick, creamy shake!

I was hesitant to try this because I'm not a big fan of mint, but I was pleasantly surprised! The mint flavor is very subtle and refreshing. I will definitely be making this again.
