Smoked Whitefish Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pound Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 l Small Shallots, minced
1 l Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
3 stalks Celery, finely diced
6 l Green onion, thinly sliced
1-1/2 pounds Smoked whitefish, bones and skin removed
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons Lemon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Tuscan olive oil

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, old bay, vinegar and oil until smooth. Add shallots, red pepper, celery, onions and smoked fish. Process on low until just mixed (or hand mix). Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
