I'm not a big fan of fish, but I really enjoyed this pate. The smokiness of the trout was not overpowering and the other flavors were well-balanced. I would definitely make this again.

The pate was good, but I found it to be a bit too bland. I would recommend adding more herbs and spices next time.

This pate was a bit too rich for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if it had been made with less butter.

This pate was a bit too fishy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if the trout had been smoked less.
