Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. The smoked salmon was good, but the filling was bland and the pastry shells were tough. I would not make this recipe again.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I had trouble getting the pastry shells to come out of the molds without breaking. The filling was also a bit too runny.

This dish was a disappointment. The smoked salmon was too salty and overpowered the other flavors. The timbales were also dry and crumbly. Would not recommend.

This recipe is a keeper! So simple, yet so impressive. The smoked salmon added a lovely smoky flavor to the timbales, and the lemon-dill sauce was the perfect complement. Definitely recommend trying this one.
