Smoked Salmon Pasta image

This pasta originally came to be from the miscellaneous ingredients in my fridge, and depending on whom I'm cooking for, it changes a little each time I make it. The recipe makes enough for a party or for leftovers, which is a bonus because it's excellent the next day, whether you serve it cold or reheated. -Jackie Hennon, Boise, Idaho

I wasn't a big fan of this recipe. The sauce was too heavy for my taste, and the smoked salmon was a bit too salty. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

Easy and delicious! I used penne noodles instead of spaghetti, and it turned out great. I also added a bit of chopped fresh parsley to the sauce, which gave it a nice flavor boost.

This recipe was a disaster! The sauce was bland and watery, and the smoked salmon was tough and chewy. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I won't be making this again.
