These beans are a great way to use up leftover bacon. I always have a few slices left over after making breakfast, and this is a great way to use them up.

I didn't have any bacon on hand, so I used pancetta instead. It worked just as well and added a delicious flavor to the beans.

I found that the beans needed a little more liquid than the recipe called for. I added about a cup of water and they turned out perfect.

The beans were a little bland for my taste, so I added some chili powder and cumin. That did the trick!

I love the smoky flavor that the bacon adds to these beans. It really takes them to the next level.

These beans are so versatile. I've used them in tacos, tostadas, burritos, and even sandwiches. They're always a hit!

I love that this recipe can be made ahead of time. I often make a big batch of beans on the weekend and then use them throughout the week in tacos, burritos, and other dishes.

I was skeptical about cooking beans in a slow cooker, but I'm so glad I tried it. The beans were cooked evenly and had a great texture.

I've made refried beans before, but this recipe is by far the best. The beans are so flavorful and have the perfect consistency.

I love how easy this recipe is. I just threw everything in my slow cooker and let it do its thing. The beans turned out perfectly.

These refried beans are incredible! The bacon adds a fantastic smoky flavor, and the beans are so creamy. I'll definitely be making these again.
