This recipe is a great way to use up leftover steak. I had some leftover flank steak from a previous meal and it worked perfectly in this dish. The sauce is also very easy to make and adds a lot of flavor to the steak.

I'm not a fan of bell peppers, so I substituted them with zucchini and it turned out great! The steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce was very flavorful. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
