I'm not a huge fan of peaches, but I really enjoyed this cobbler. The peaches were perfectly cooked, and the cobbler topping was crispy and delicious. I would definitely make this again, even if I had to use canned peaches.

This recipe is a great starting point for creating your own custom cobbler. You can use any type of fruit you like, and you can adjust the spices to suit your taste. I like to add a bit of cardamom and nutmeg to my cobbler.

This cobbler is a great way to use up leftover peaches. It's also a great dessert to make ahead of time. Simply assemble the cobbler in the slow cooker the night before, and then cook it on low in the morning. It will be ready to serve by dinnertime.
