2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 (14 1/2 ounce) can no-salt-added tomatoes, diced and undrained

This recipe was easy to follow and the pork chops turned out great. I used bone-in pork chops and they were cooked perfectly in the slow cooker. The sauce was also very good.

I'm not a fan of slow cooker recipes, but I made an exception for this one and I'm glad I did. The pork chops were fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce was delicious. I served it over mashed potatoes and it was a perfect meal.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover pork chops. I had some leftover from a pork loin roast and they worked perfectly in this dish. The sauce was also very good.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and Italian seasoning, and it was much better. I also served it over spaghetti squash instead of mashed potatoes.
