1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1.25-oz package)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

These meatballs are a great way to sneak some vegetables into your kids' diet. I usually add some chopped carrots and zucchini to the meatball mixture and they never notice. They just love the delicious enchilada sauce.

I'm not a big fan of meatballs, but these enchilada meatballs are an exception. They're so flavorful and moist, and the enchilada sauce is the perfect complement. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
