Steps:
- For the chai tea: Add the water (or milk) and chai tea powder to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours. Add some cinnamon sticks and star anise and cook for 1 hour more.
- For the dirty chai lattes: Ladle some of the slow cooker chai into each cup of coffee. Serve with some whipped cream and a cinnamon stick for garnish.
