This stew was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still very good. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.

This stew was an absolute delight! The beef was fall-apart tender and the flavors were so rich and complex. I especially loved the addition of the cornbread dumplings, which added a delightful sweetness and texture to the dish.
