Sweet cinnamon flavored apples stewed in a slow cooker make a wonderful one-pot dessert.

Steps:
- Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, toss apples and lemon juice to coat. Add brown sugar, walnuts, syrup, cranberries, melted butter and cinnamon; stir well.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 hours.
- In small bowl, stir together water and cornstarch until smooth. Stir into apple mixture in slow cooker. Cover; cook 3 hours longer or until apples are tender.
